Your data when you use TermTie
Who provides the service
Fevezo LLC, doing business as TermTie, provides the service and is responsible for what this notice says.
What we collect
We collect your organization and account details, the documents you upload for the comparison, and the transaction records the service needs — nothing else. Don't send card numbers or identity documents through the workspace.
Who reads it
We keep each customer and brand apart. Your documents are used only to provide, secure and support the service; we don't sell them or use them to train shared models, and they stay yours.
Our hosting provider stores your workspace; Stripe handles payment. An automated document reader from OpenAI reads your documents under our agreement with them, for your comparison and nothing else. The copy sent there is deleted once it has been read, and within an hour in any case; their service logs follow OpenAI's data policy. Support messages are answered by our automated support, which uses OpenAI to read your message and prepare the reply; personal identifiers are removed first and no document is sent with it.
How long we keep it
Original files are kept privately until you confirm the exact pages reviewed and complete source coverage. They are then removed within 24 hours; keep your own copy. An unfinished document set is deleted 30 days after its first file; adding files or trying again does not extend that. A file added to a running service and never checked is deleted after 30 days too. If a correction needs the original, upload your own copy again. Earlier uploads keep the terms accepted then. The text read from your documents, confirmed facts and comparison results remain available for 30 days after the comparison is delivered; a deletion request stops delivery at once, erases active content within 24 hours, and backups age out within 30 days.
We keep the minimum account, consent, transaction and security records for seven years as business records. The contents of your documents never go into financial or audit records or into analytics.
Your rights
You can request deletion from your workspace at any time. A queued request is not completed deletion; the workspace shows the status and the receipt for completed work.
You can export your reports and files without an active payment. Exporting does not extend the periods above.
