Service privacy notice.
This notice describes information used for the selected service, access, deletion and retained business records.

The service provider is Fevezo LLC, doing business as TermTie.
Information used for the service
We collect only organization and account information, authorized inputs and necessary transaction data for the selected service. Do not submit patient data, sensitive identity documents or payment-card details through Fevezo uploads.
Use of your information
We keep each customer and brand isolated. Inputs are used only to provide, secure and support the selected service. We do not sell them or use them to train shared models. Customer ownership of submitted content is not transferred.
Before you accept, we identify the actual hosting and payment processors and any approved model processors used for your service.
Content access and export
Customer content remains accessible through paid subscription coverage and for 30 days afterward, or for 30 days after a TermTie comparison is delivered, unless deleted sooner.
Authenticated records and supported artifacts can be exported without an active payment. This does not extend the content-retention periods above.
Deletion and backup copies
A deletion request suppresses delivery immediately. Active content and derived outputs are erased within 24 hours; backup copies age out within 30 days. Actual deletion and backup status is shown, and queued work is not marked complete.
Limited business records
We retain only the minimum account, consent, transaction, suppression and security audit metadata for seven years as a business-record policy. This is not a claim that every field is legally required for seven years.
Customer document bodies are not included in financial or audit records or marketing analytics.
