Your data on this website
This notice covers the public TermTie website: the pages you are reading and the sample PDFs you can download from them. It does not cover a TermTie account; the service privacy notice covers your account, your documents and the service itself.
What this site collects
Nothing you type: the site has no forms and no account. We may measure sample download clicks; the PDF itself contains no analytics. The Sign in and Start links take you to app.termtie.com, which has its own notice. If you email us, we receive what you send.
Hosting
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. To do that it handles the ordinary details of each request — your IP address, the time, the page you asked for, your browser — and runs the checks it uses to block attacks. Cloudflare keeps that information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Website analytics and browser storage
We use PostHog to understand page visits, navigation, sample and Start clicks, time on a page, and progress into the workspace. A pseudonymous browser identifier in first-party cookies and local storage connects visits on this brand's website and app; analytics cookies expire after 90 days. For a prepared page, the link's hash connects website activity to that outreach record. Signing in connects activity to a hashed account identifier. We also use masked recordings of public website interactions to find confusing steps. Form inputs are masked; prepared pages and private workspaces are not recorded. URL query strings and prepared-page tokens are removed before analytics events are sent. This is website measurement; our emails have no tracking pixel.
We do not use advertising cookies. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track settings turn website analytics off. You can also turn it off for this brand here; the preference is saved for one year.

How long
Website analytics are kept under our analytics service settings. Email and the business records around it are kept as long as reasonably needed to respond, keep proper records, settle a dispute or meet a legal obligation. Any hosting record Cloudflare keeps is governed by its practices and our hosting settings.
